Security Alert

A number of clients from Irish and International banks have received fraudulent emails claiming to originate from their bank. If you receive such an email do not enter any details, please forward on the email to fraud@aibinternational.co.im and then delete the email immediately. Do not click on any links or attachments regardless of how genuine the email or website may appear. AIB never asks customers to pass on confidential information by email. Please ensure that your account information is kept secret.

Please be aware of the possible existence of websites unofficially using the AIB name and branding with potential fraudulent intent. Fraudulent emails may contain links to these unauthorised websites. Please also be aware of possible fraudulent requests for personal details or advance payments made by criminals by phone, fax or in person who purport to represent AIB.

If you think you have received a fraudulent email, have seen a fraudulent AIB website or you have received any other form of communication from an individual fraudulently claiming to represent AIB, please contact us immediately at fraud@aibinternational.co.im.
